The menu pays homage to Mexico through the art of “slow cooking,” where the highest quality local ingredients are transformed into dishes that awaken the senses and elevate the dining experience. Highlights include the Trout a la Talla Taco, a delicate smoked salmon trout served on a fragrant cilantro tortilla, topped with pickled onions and crispy chicharrón; and the Castacán Tamal with Charro Bean Sauce, a traditional tamal filled with crispy castacán, bathed in a hearty charro bean sauce, and topped with tangy sour cream and crumbled Cincho cheese.

La Marea is open exclusively for dinner, making it one of the most beloved spots to delight in the beauty of the Caribbean and its captivating sunsets. All menus presented are for sample purposes and subject to change due to seasonality and availability.
