Setting
Stepping through the new lobby of the refurbished Viceroy Palm Springs, guests are welcomed by Citron Restaurant's stunning charm, reminiscent of the Regency style of Hollywood's "Golden Era." Vibrant, lemon yellow walls imitate the warmth of Palm Springs, while crisp, white furnishings echo the desert's pure environment as well as Viceroy Palm Spring's signature relaxed, outdoor living atmosphere Custom-designed mirror panels and white marble-tiled floors reflect the desert’s sunlight or starlight from every angle.

The Bar at Citron
A full bar featuring a unique wine list and specially created lists of aperitifs, martinis and both traditional and modern cocktails. The Bar at Citron's drinks are whimsically named, carrying the air and personality of 1940's Palm Springs life.

Wine List
Specifically chosen white and red wine lists complement Citron's cuisine. The list feature many boutique and well-known wineries and a variety of selections by the glass.

Signature Drink
Citron Blue Martini made with Hypnotic "Tiffany blue" Liqueur and Ketel One Citron, shaken, served in a sugar-rimmed glass and garnished with a wheel of lemon.
