Our hotel features the following ADA accessible features:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM EST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, early departure, certain arrival dates and rates.

With Central Park being only a short walk away, families can enjoy its zoo and aquarium, as well as other outdoor activities, including over 20 children’s play areas, bike tours, the carousel and open-air carriage rides. Another great idea is to walk down to Times Square, see a show or visit a museum.
The building and interiors firm Roman and Williams designed the façade of the hotel to stand apart from its traditional neighbors with a distinctive appearance that creatively blends classic modern elements with bold, rhythms in a disciplined grid of black brick and steel.
Check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check outs and fees may apply.

No. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.
