Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM EST). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates and rates.
Dogs and cats under 25 lbs allowed. One pet per room. There is a $100 per night per room charge. This fee is waived for junior suites and above. Guests will be required to fill out and sign the Hotel Pet Policy and Consent Form at check-in.
With Central Park being only a short walk away, families can enjoy its zoo and aquarium, as well as other outdoor activities, including over 20 children’s play areas, bike tours, the carousel and open-air carriage rides. Another great idea is to walk down to Times Square, see a show or visit a museum.
The building and interiors firm Roman and Williams designed the façade of the hotel to stand apart from its traditional neighbors with a distinctive appearance that creatively blends classic modern elements with bold, rhythms in a disciplined grid of black brick and steel.
Check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check outs and fees may apply.
We do not have a traditional frequent guest program, but we do recognize and acknowledge our repeat guests in unique ways.
We like to know who is checking into the hotel, so we can assist in customizing your experience. If we know that you are coming with your children, and we know how old they are, we can help you with determining activities in the area or within the hotel.
You must be 21 years old with valid ID to make a reservation and check into the hotel on your own.
The Hotel offers Valet parking additionally self parking lots are available in the neighborhood.
