    9:00pm Celebration at Sunset Lounge with Sean Kingston, DJ Hapa & Fireworks
    For guaranteed seating at the concert and fireworks at Sunset Lounge, please reserve a VIP Table.  Each table seats up to six and includes a bottle of premium spirit and accompanying mixers for $1000 per table.  Fireworks will commence at 9pm sharp, live performance scheduled for 10pm.  We will be serving our eclectic menu of sushi and bar snacks until 11pm.     Chef in Residence Hosea Rosenberg

    Hosea Rosenberg, originally from Taos, New Mexico, and his passion to cook professionally drove him to work his way up the restaurant ranks, where he worked under the guidance of established chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Kevin Taylor, Sean Yontz and Dave Query. In 2001, Hosea was the chef at Dandelion, and the following ten years included stints Zolo Southwestern Grill and Jax Fish House, the launch of StrEAT Chefs, and the opening of Blackbelly Catering. Hosea has won numerous awards and accolades over the course of his career including: Best Chef of Denver International Wine Festival (2006, 2007, 2008); seven-time, undefeated winner of the Flatiron Chef Competition; Guest Chef at the James Beard House (2007); and season five winner of Bravo’s Top Chef.

    • On July 5th, Chef Rosenberg will feature a special three-course “Blackbelly Farm” inspired set menu in our seaside dining restaurant Coba.
    • On July 6th, Sunset lounge will be featuring a live cooking station serving tapas and local ceviche with Chef Rosenberg.

    Sean Kingston
    Sean Kingston, is a Jamaican American rapper, singer and songwriter. Known for his 2007 self-titled debut (featuring the double-platinum breakout hit “Beautiful Girls”) and 2009’s Tomorrow (featuring the smash singles “Fire Burning” and “Face Drop”), Sean Kingston boldly fuses reggae, hip-hop, R&B, and electro to create melody-soaked pop. Sean Kingston will perform on the 4th of July.

    Scratch Academy with DJ Hapa 
    Come learn how to mix up your music with one of the island’s most renowned DJs. “Scratch Academy” is a fun way to learn more about music as you create new sounds. Founded by Jam Master Jay of Run DMC, its mission is to provide education and access to the dynamic art form of the DJ and producer. DJ Hapa will be teaching Scratch Academy as well as DJ-ing in Sunset Lounge on select nights.

    Climb with a Pro with Kevin Jorgenson
    Learn to climb the Rock Wall like a pro with Kevin Jorgenson, one of the world's top professional rock climbers! Kids will enjoy “monkeying around” with this expert who has spent hundreds of spring and fall days, spread over the last five years, romancing 3,000 foot-high El Capitan, in Yosemite Valley, California. When not on the rock, Kevin is the lead climbing instructor and public speaker for Pro Climbers International (PCI), a global sports agency. $20 per class.

    Barry’s Boot Camp featuring instructor Storm
    Barry's Boot Camp is personal training in a group setting. We cater to all levels in our sixty minute High Intensity Interval Strength Training. The endless variety of exercises ensures that no two classes are the same and that every class feels new and exciting. Storm Newton has been named many things -- Trainer to the Stars, Soulful Singer, and Talented Performer. Storm has been in the fitness industry for 12 years and joined the Barry's Boot Camp family 8 years ago. $20 per class.

    Reaching Out to the Community

    Join us at the Sports Pavilion to help fill backpacks with school supplies for the Alwyn Alison Richardson Primary School in Anguilla. Children grades K through 6 will receive these back-to-school backpacks to help them prepare for the academic year ahead. Come learn about the island, the children and their school while enjoying an ice cream sundae (our treat for you!)  Complimentary.
