Carmela is a NASM certified international celebrity trainer, group fitness instructor and on camera host. She currently teaches bootcamp and cycle classes in Sherman Oaks and West Hollywood and takes pride in creating workouts that are fun and will push you to be your best. Carmela assisted the BB London opening and taught classes in London for 4 months. Carmela grew up playing soccer, softball, cheerleading and water sports. She understands the importance of being healthy and active from a young age and truly loves educating people of all ages the importance of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Seth enjoys incorporating music into his workouts with clients and for himself, as well as the bootcamp playlists he teaches at Barry's Bootcamp. Seth has run five marathons, completing the first at the age of 22. He hopes to train and complete a full Iron Man with the next year. Seth studied at the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York City and then later achieved his certification for personal training in Portland, where he resided last. He is the founder of Work It Out Fitness. When Seth is not training clients or training himself, he enjoys cooking, riding his bike and working on music and mixes. Seth will be teaching Barry's Bootcamp, Yoga and Spinning.
Amanda Topaz is a New York City Aerial artist who has created and performed aerial pieces and installations for events around the globe. She is Pilates Mat and Machine certified from Kane School of Core Integration. Other certifications include Kettlebells from Kettlebell Concepts, Pre and Post Natal Training, TRX, and “Sports Specific Funtional Training”. Amanda has trained at Equinox and Printing House Gym, choreographed performers, coached actors privately in various aerial mediums, and taught Aerial Fitness for the Physical Education Department at Barnard College for five years. She loves creating lean lines and transforming arms and shoulders without the use of weights.
Kyle is a former top 5 ranked player in Texas in singles and former top 50 ranked junior in the United States. Kyle was Part of 2012 Lone Star Conference and Regional Championship team at Abilene Christian University. Kyle was awarded a tennis scholarship to Abilene Christian University, where he enjoyed tremendous success on the court. He trained high-performance groups consisting of top junior players across both Texas and the United States. Kyle specialized in Developmental Psychology during his studies at Abilene Christian University.
