Barry's Boot Camp
Barry's Boot Camp is personal training in a group setting. We cater to all levels in our sixty minute High Intensity Interval Strength Training. The endless variety of exercises ensures that no two classes are the same and that every class feels new and exciting. $20 per class.
Build strength, flexibility and self esteem while learning to swing and soar abov it all. These fun and focused fitness classes blend together movement, stretching and hanging positions. $20 per class
30 Minute Guided Meditation
This simple 30 minute session will help you achieve deep relaxation and release negative emotions or beliefs that are preventing you from being further enlightened.
The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Most power yoga is closely modeled on the Ashtanga style of practice. Power yoga is challenging and active, and will appeal to people who are already quite fit and enjoy exercising.
Gentle yoga is a style of yoga that is far less strenuous than other forms of hatha yoga. It is less intense, so it can be very useful for yogis who are not capable of fulfilling the demands of other practices.
Guided Island Bike Tours
See the sunny side of the Caribbean's Rainbow Island. From the West End to Sandy Ground you will get a glimpse of the local color and flavor of Anguilla and a good 15km workout as well. The tours are met promptly at Foxtail from 8:15am each morning.
Butts & Guts
If you're looking for results delivered in a fun new way, then you'll love this workout. These effective workouts which comprises of old and new exercises will tone and tighten legs, glutes, abdominals, obliques and support muscles of the core.
30 Minute Rock Hard Abs
This grueling 30 minute class comprises of various core targeted exercises that will knock you in shape & give yourself those fab abs you always wanted!
Spinning can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout - burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Get an effective workout with varied routines and fun music! The instructor will guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo, cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, push ups etc.
There are bikes, beach cruisers, and children's bikes available in the reception driveway. Bikes are complimentary and are on a first come first serve basis. We kindly request that all guests sign in prior to renting bikes. Please note all bikes will be collected at the end of each day.
