A F&B reservation desk will be able to assist you during your stay in the resort with restaurant reservations at the Viceroy Hotel.
Reservations for breakfast or lunch will not be accepted in any of our resort food and beverage operations.
Reservations will just be taken for Dinner in Coba, Bamboo and for the dinner in Aleta restaurant.
All dinner reservations not listed above can be made through the reservation desk upon arrival in the resort.
Please be aware that reservations which are not cancelled 24 hours in advance of time of seating are subject of a $25 per person cancellation fee which will be applied to the guest folio.
Please refer to the reservation policies below when making your dining requests.
Large parties
We will do our best to accommodate large parties in all of our restaurants. Parties larger than 8, our chef might suggest a limited menu for your party.
For peak times please consider splitting your party between two or three tables.
Credit card information will be taken for all parties larger than 8. Thank You for your understanding.
Corkage
We appreciate that you may have a special bottle of wine or champagne that you have been saving for a special occasion.
For wine a corkage fee of $40 will apply and corkage for champagne will be charged at $70 per bottle.
No show policy
All reservations will be released 15 minutes after the reserved time and will be considered a no show. We would appreciate prompt cancellation of reservations so that other guests may be accommodated. When travelling with other families, please inform the other parties of any reservations you may have made to avoid double bookings.
In case reservations will not be cancelled 24 hours in advance, the credit card on file or room folio will be charged 25$ per person.
Cabana Reservations
Cabanas are available for $1000/day/cabana and will come fully stocked with a bottle of wine, a selection of beers and sodas as well as a food amenity cycle.

New Years Eve
A New Years Eve Extravaganza will be offered on the Aleta pool deck starting at 7:00 PM.
Coba will offer a 4 course set menu starting at 8:00 PM
New Years Eve Club
Celebrate into the New Year on the Sunset Pool Deck starting at 11:00 PM. Table reservations will be taken in advance:
- Inside of Sunset Bar and Lounge:
Table arrangements start at $5000 up to $8000, these arrangements include 3 bottles of Dom Perignon Champagne as well as bottle service with the choice of 3 bottles of liquor.
- On the lawn, the Club Garden:
Table arrangements start at $3000/table these arrangements include 3 bottles of Veuve Cliquot Champagne as well as bottle service with the choice of 2 bottles of liquor.
