Coba comes from the Arawak term “Cliff top temple sitting atop ruffling waters”. With breathtaking views of both Barnes and Meads Bay, Coba offers both indoor and outdoor dining. In the morning, a sumptuous breakfast buffet will be offered in Coba. In the evening, Coba transitions into Anguillas premier dining destination.

AletaPool
Aleta Pool offers a casual pool side experience with 10 luxurious appointed cabanas for rent. A full bar including a selection of smoothies as well as a casual pool menu will be offered on the Aleta pool deck starting at 9:00 AM. Please enjoy the culinary talent of a celebrity chef at Aleta on three selected nights

Bamboo
Bamboo offers alfresco dining with a West Indian flair. Using indigenous ingredients such as soft shell crab, crayfish and conch this venue is open for a casual limited light breakfast; barefoot lunch and romantic dinner.
