    Chef Shea Gallante is most-well known for his acclaimed cuisine at some of New York’s most highly regarded restaurants: Bouley, CRU, and Ciano. At CRU, Gallante’s inventive menus earned three stars from The New York Times, one Michelin Star and three stars in New York Magazine. In addition, Gallante was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs,” while Bon Appétit named CRU one of its “50 Hot Restaurants” of the year. Ciano earned two stars from both The New York Times and New York Magazine.

    In 2012, Chef Gallante brought his much acclaimed seasonal Italian fare with the opening of his newest restaurant, Italian Kitchen.
