Trade and movement of people throughout the Mediterranean resulted in new ingredients and spices being introduced to the local cuisine of Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and the neighbouring countries. It was at this time that Levantine cuisine was truly born and developed. Delight in this specially curated à la carte menu available at Atayeb.

Join Atayeb's expert chef for an afternoon of Arabic cooking. Kibbeh hamis, Laham tagine and Date Soufflé are just a few of the dishes you will prepare. Preparation and cooking will begin at 4:30pm and dinner will be served at 7:00pm.
