Tasting Menu at Angar Restaurant
The best kept Indian secret, Angar Restaurant offers this month a special set menu which takes you through a tasting of the most exciting modern Indian dishes. Start with a trio of crab chaat, tandoori prawns with prawn khichdi and grilled salmon with dill cucumber raita, followed by a trio of butter chicken, sautéed lamb masala and tandoori lamb with masala cheese spinach roomali and finish off with a saffron tiramisu. The menu is available with a vegetarian version as well.
