F1TM Essential Leg Reviver -40 minutes
The ESPA F1 Essential Leg Reviver involves complete care of the foot, ankle joint and lower leg. This treatment is a combination of alternating light and firm acupressure point massage, joint manipulation and invigorating blend of menthol and lime sea salt scrub and an energizing blend of essential oils. All of which results in lighter, revived feet with a renewed sense of energy and vitality to the mind and body.

These signature treatments begin with an in-depth consultation and a relaxing foot ritual using mineral seasalts and essential oils.
The Yas Detox -2 Hours
This marine detox begins with body brushing and a refreshing spearmint and aloe body polish to invigorate. Mineral-rich algae and essential oils of cypress, eucalyptus and grapefruit are smoothed onto the skin, and the body is wrapped to encourage the elimination of toxins. A cool compress infused with English peppermint invigorates the face, while a therapeutic scalp massage clears the mind. A detoxifying massage follows, leaving the body cleansed and purified.
Sun Escape 2 Hours
A soothing and hydrating treatment for sun exposed and sensitive skin to repair the effects of the Arabian sun. A nourishing body envelopment using a cream mask rich in wild yam, renowned for its repairing and skin conditioning properties, ensures the skin is calmed and cooled. A desensitizing facial soothes the skin with gentle cleansing, repairing essential oils and a deeply hydrating face mask to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Tension Soother 2 Hours
A perfect body treatment to relieve deep seated tension and muscular stress. Skin brushing, exfoliation and an ESPA facial cleanse begin the treatment. Vital energy points are then massaged using an individually tailored blend of oils and hot volcanic stones to release tension and restore energy to the body. A de-stressing and soothing head massage concludes this treatment to restore balance and equilibrium.
