Join our sommelier at Amici to sample over 20 of the world's finest cheeses accompanied by chutneys, delectable breads and crackers. Pair your cheese with just the right wine for a full flavour experience. Each week will feature different regional cheeses from around the globe.

It was at this time that Levantine cuisine was truly born and developed. Delight in this specially curated à la carte menu available at Atayeb.

Partake in this regal Chinese tradition at Noodle Box with dishes such as Xi Shi and traditional Huaiyang. Al la carte menu available.

    Prepare the perfect Italian Spring menu with Executive Chef Romani at Amici. Learn how to make fresh and simple dishes that are sophisticated not complicated. Dishes and menu will change according to market and seasonal produce.

    Preparation and cooking will begin at 11:30am and lunch will be served at 12:30pm.

    AED 150* per person inclusive of welcome coffee, master class, 4 course lunch and a soft beverage.
