Spa: 9 am – 7 pm daily
Fitness: 7 am – 8 pm daily
RESERVATIONS
To accommodate your preferences, advance reservations are recommended. To book your appointment, please call our knowledgeable Spa Experience Coordinators prior to your arrival at the hotel; they will happily assist you in selecting treatments that fulfill your personal requirements. Questions are, of course, welcome.
ATTIRE
Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn in the Fitness Centre. Guests not wearing shoes or shirts will be asked to return properly attired.
SIGN-IN POLICY
All guests are required to sign in on the form provided prior to using the Fitness Centre, spinning room or mat room.
AMENITIES
Towels are provided for your convenience. To ensure the health of all our guests, we request that you use towels on benches and seats to provide a protective barrier between yourself and the equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the treatment cost. Missed appointments without notice are subject to 100% of the treatment cost. Same-day reservations may not be cancelled.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Spa and Fitness guests are required to be a minimum of 18 years of age. Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa. Children between the ages of 12 and 17 are permitted at the discretion of management and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
SPA ARRIVAL AND ETIQUETTE
We recommend that you arrive 30minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This gives you time to familiarize yourself with the facilities, experience our Sea Mist Infinity Pool, Steam Showers and relax before your treatments. Please note that all treatments end on time, regardless of start time. Please leave jewelry and other valuables in your room safe or the hotel safe.
CELL PHONE POLICY
To maintain the integrity of the spa environment and the privacy of our guests, cell phones, pagers and Blackberries are not permitted in the spa.
HEALTH
Kindly alert us to any medical conditions or product sensitivities at the time of booking. To best tailor services to your needs, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your first treatment.
VALUABLES
Please leave your valuables in the safe in your guest room. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
LOST SANDALS
A $25 dollar fee will be assessed for unreturned spa sandals.
LIABILITY
Spa guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to using any of the services offered.
SERVICE CHARGE
Spa service prices are exclusive of a 10% service charge which is distributed amongst all members of spa staff. Gratuities are at your discretion in recognition of exceptional service.
