General Information for our Anguilla Luxury Spa Resort
Please read below for information about The Spa at Viceroy Anguilla and its procedures. Follow our advice for the most relaxing and smoothest day possible at our luxury spa in Anguilla.
Reservations
For reservations please call +1 264 497 7000 to schedule a treatment. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
While our Caribbean luxury spa makes every effort to accommodate same-day appointments, guests are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure that their treatment and technician preferences are available. A credit card is required to secure spa treatments and personal training sessions.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice is required when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to maintain the cancellation policy will result in a full charge for all scheduled treatments.
Arrival and Lateness
As the spa has extensive amenities, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled treatments to enjoy the facility. As a courtesy to all guests, treatment times will not be extended for late arrivals. Your arrival time will determine the length of scheduled treatments, which will end at the originally scheduled time and at the full price.
Gratuities
For your convenience an 18% gratuity is included on each service bill.
Mobile Phone Policy
To maintain the integrity of the spa environment and the privacy of all guests, mobile phones, pagers and PDAs are not allowed in the spa or fitness areas of our luxury Anguilla hotel.
Health
The Spa at Viceroy Anguilla is concerned for guests' personal welfare. When booking an appointment, please alert the spa associate to any medical conditions or product sensitivities that will allow us to better serve you in the spa and fitness center.
Valuables
Please do not bring any valuables to the spa. Safes are provided in guestrooms of our luxury Caribben resort for your security.
Treatment Preparation
Guests are asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments so that they can be tailored to your needs. To receive the full treatment benefits, please shower before the treatment commences.
Age Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of the spa environment, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa areas. To receive a treatment, children between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a legal guardian present in the room. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the fitness center unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Lost Keys and Spa Sandals
There will be a US $25 fee assessed for lost locker keys or unreturned spa sandals.
