Nautilus Seafood Restaurant - February 9-12
2 Michelin Starred Master Chef Mauro Uliass will be resident at Yas Viceroy’s award winning Nautilus restaurant. Chef Uliass has designed a sumptuous A la Carte Seafood Menu especially for Gourmet Abu Dhabi and Yas Viceroy. Chef Uliass gained his kitchen experience under famed Chef Lucio Capannari and opened his first restaurant in 1990 together with his sister after discovering a passion for research and experimentation with ingredients. Master Pâtissier Chef Christina Tosi
Yas Lounge - February 14-17, noon-4 p.m.
2 Michelin Starred owner and chef of Momofuku Milk Bar, Chef Tosi, who is famed for including unusual ingredients has designed a special dish, the Yas Viceroy/Milk Bar cookie which consists of black tea, kataifi, sesame brittle, dried apricot, and pistachio nut to celebrate her participation in the event at Yas Viceroy.
